Our business model is a little different from the mainstream. We don’t have offices and don’t intend to. Instead, we work from home or from our customers' sites if they need us to. This allows us to be creative in the way we will support you to enjoy a regional lifestyle while doing a great job. Just because we work from home or client site doesn’t mean you don’t get to see your colleagues, we take regular opportunities to get together. We stay connected.

We have a strong commitment to your learning and professional development and want to see you grow so that you can bring new ideas and ways of doing things. This isn’t just a vague promise, it’s real and tangible, after being with us for 6 months, you’ll get an annual training budget of $5,000 incl GST and 5 training days that you’ll self-manage.
